Welcome to Fiordland.

Adventure Manapouri is owned and operated by Mike Molineux and assisted by partner Donna.

Mike has been operating guided Fly fishing and trolling around the lakes and rivers of Fiordland for the last 25years, and is a member of the New Zealand Professional Fishing Guides association.

Donna operates Fiordland Holiday Homes where she manages a variety of homes on behalf of their owners for holiday accommodation.

Prior to assisting Mike and managing the holiday homes, Donna had spent 8years years in Te Anau in accommodation and as Manager of a local tour office, where she has specialised in Fiordland activities.

Together we both operate the river crossings from Pearl Harbour at Manapouri to the start of the Manapouri walking track across the Waiau river. We both hold Skippers tickets, and operate with an independently audited safety plan.

We are both first generation New Zealandanders and have a heritage from England, Scotland, Holland, French and Australia, which makes us very typical kiwi's!

Fiordland is a unique area to live, it provides us with an amazing lifestyle where we can work and play at the same time. Mike can often be found fishing in our small water taxi on the Waiau river inbetween river pick ups and Donna's love of photography has endless opportunities. Winter provides the time for catching up with family and holidays.

With our love of Fiordland, and our enjoyment at meeting visitors to the region, it is our pleasure to welcome & share our knowlege of this region with you.
