Cancellations
As it is usually safe for us to operate under almost all conditions we rarely need to cancel our trips. However, should we need to postpone or cancel we will give you as much notice as we possibly can using the contact details you have given us.
We trust that should things change for you, you will afford us the same courtesy.
Refunds
Cancellation policy applies per book now page.
Please book your prefered time using the book now option. Please bring cash with you to pay for your water taxi trip.
Scheduled departures daily during the Summer (November to April) at 10:00am, 11:00am, 3:00pm and 4:00pm.
On demand departures are available by prior booking (contact us as bookings are essential during winter months).
